Chandler Coalition on Youth Substance Abuse
The Chandler Coalition on Youth Substance Abuse (CCYSA) strives to prevent youth substance abuse in Chandler through a variety of evidence-based and evidence-informed programs designed to increase knowledge of youth substance abuse, promote social responsibility, and spur community action. Serving the 85225 zip code in Chandler, CCYSA has made great strides in bringing out positive results within the community. CCYSA was founded in 2006 by ICAN, a free family-centered youth service in the East Valley.
CCYSA is supported by volunteer members from a variety of sectors including: youth-serving organizations, local school districts, police, fire health & medical, medical community, pharmaceutical community, rehabilitation & treatment, faith-based, business, youth & student, parent and the community at large.
CCYSA Mission: To prevent youth substance abuse in the Chandler community.
CCYSA Vision: That Chandler will be a safe and healthy, drug-free community where opportunities exist for youth to achieve their full potential
